The Quater Vitis Bianco contains in a single glass the best expressions of the four native Sicilian white grape varieties: the fruity and complex aromas of Catarratto are accentuated by the aromatic characteristics of Zibibbo, in harmony with the elegance of Inzolia and the minerality of Carricante bred on Etna.

Vigorous and sunny, Catarratto is characterized by its rich olfactory heritage ranging from floral notes of broom to those of fruit, such as white peach and pear. On the palate, lively and well balanced, it adds a marked mineral vein. Delicate and fresh, it stands out for its almond finish.

The straw yellow color, with greenish reflections, are the unmistakable characteristic of Inzolia. The aromas are intense: the wisteria flowers are followed by surprising exotic scents such as papaya, mango, lime and pineapple. An aromatic heritage of a sustained level but of great harmony.

This white variety, one of the oldest among the Sicilian ones, is synonymous with Etna. Its fine grapes are a deposit of freshness and scents that recall the habitat of reference. Its olfactory set is elegant, with floral nuances of violet and fruity notes of apple and citrus. Fresh and fragrant with a surprisingly mineral finish.

Zibibbo is a vine famous for its aromatic charge. Its bouquet is an authentic kaleidoscope of aromas and sweet references, with mineral echoes, fruity scents and herbaceous notes. On the palate it has a fresh and persuasive verve, accompanied by a proverbial flavor.
